Doing Business with Remington Park
Vendors providing service to Remington Park will be paid through our Management Service, by check, mailed to the vendor on Thursday afternoon following receipt of invoice. Note, some holidays and vacations may delay payment by one week. For the fastest service, invoices should be scaned and attached to an email, then sent to your contact at Remington Park. If you are unsure of that contact or lack email information, invoices may be sent to the treasurer (see below) for processing.
Prior to payment of any invoice, vendors MUST have a W9 on file with Remington Park. Please print, complete, and sign the W9 then attach the completed form to an email and send to the treasurer (see below.) You may download a W9 here. (Google "W9 Download")
If you are a provider with an annual or monthly repeating contracted service, invoices may be sent directly to our Management Service; please contact our treasurer for specific information.
Vendors providing low cost "one time" or emergency service, may be paid immediately upon completion of the job. Please speak with your Remington Park Conctact for more information.
