Planning a new addition? Pool? Fence? The following is required by the covenants when planning an addition or change to your property.- Copy of Existing Plat - as currently on file with the city.
- New Plat, showing any proposed structure to scale with offset measurements.
- Side view drawing and top view drawing of the project.
- 3D drawing - yard view, street view (if applicable).
- City Permit, including all documentation submitted to the city.
- Any other documentation necessary to describe the project.
