The City of Colleyville has instituted the CodeRED Emergency Notification System - an ultra high-speed telephone communication service for emergency notifications. This system allows the city to telephone all or targeted areas of the city in case of an emergency situation that requires immediate action (such as a severe weather notice, missing child, or evacuation notices). Planning a new addition? Pool? Fence? The following is required by the covenants when planning an addition or change to your property.- Copy of Existing Plat - as currently on file with the city.
- New Plat, showing any proposed structure to scale with offset measurements.
- Side view drawing and top view drawing of the project.
- 3D drawing - yard view, street view (if applicable).
- City Permit, including all documentation submitted to the city.
- Any other documentation necessary to describe the project.
NOTES: Submissions Packages may be submitted as "hard copy", however soft-copy via email (i.e.. PDF or JPG) will expedite your request. Submit all copies to Bob Putnam (robert.putnam@verizon.net) 682.214.1935.
